In life, we sometimes go through periods of time where we must grapple with the immediate and familiar routines of family, finances, education, employment, and transitions etc. Our health, both physical and mental, become a secondary concern.  Although, we all have a remembrance of the person we used to be — how we used to feel, or the person we want to be or how we want to feel.

Whether your immediate goal is to lower your blood pressure or cholesterol, fit into skinny jeans or a special outfit, keep up with the kids, or run a 5k race – as we all know – staying motivated is not that easy, especially when you must move out of your comfort zone, push your boundaries or overcome resistance. That’s why, here at WillTrek, we set a common goal – an achievable goal – to get everyone off of the couch and into nature, away from the everyday hassles that stand between ourselves and success.

How does it work?

… it’s kind of like taking a road trip.

  1. We consult with you to figure out where you are now and where you want to be.
  2. We plan our route, by designing a program that will provide the best shot at achieving your goals, that sit in line with your desires.
  3. We train with you, educate you and motivate you. That’s driving the car.
  4. We celebrate our success with an outdoor adventure that you can partake in if you keep to your program, such as trips to Yosemite, Grand Canyon, Zion etc.
